Accessible Parking

For easier access, consider dropping off passengers at the theatre’s front door on Aqueduct Road before moving your car to the free public car park directly opposite the theatre (via the gate).

Please note:

  • The rear car park of the theatre is not open to audiences, so parking there is not permitted.
  • The public car park is council-owned and does not currently have marked disabled/Blue Badge bays. We recommend parking at the top end of the car park, near the traffic lights and theatre entrance, to keep the walking distance as short as possible.

On Blackburn Rovers match days, the car park remains available for theatre customers, although football attendees may also use it. To make your visit easier, we recommend arriving early to secure a space — especially if your show time is close to kick-off.

Theatre doors open at least one hour before each performance. If a show coincides with a football match, we may open the doors earlier to help with parking access. If this applies to your event, ticket holders will be contacted directly with further details.
