Linda Lusardi is bringing the magic to Blackburn Empire’s Christmas Pantomime Cinderella

Star of stage and screen, Linda Lusardi, has been revealed as one of the stars in this year’s pantomime at the Blackburn Empire Theatre.

Linda will star as the magical Fairy Godmother in the all-new production of Cinderella which begins on Saturday 26th November 2022.

Linda Lusardi’s career has spanned nearly 30 years. She first shot to fame in the early 80’s as one of Britain’s best-loved models, before moving into the world of television.

Her major TV roles include Carrie Nichols in ITV’s Emmerdale, where she murdered Tom King in one of the soap’s most memorable storylines; Maggie Lyons in The Bill; Frankie in Brookside; and played herself in The Detectorists on BBC4. She has also appeared in reality TV shows including ITV’s Dancing on Ice and BBC’s Celebrity Masterchef.

Linda said:

“I love performing in panto and to be part of this brand-new production in Blackburn is very exciting. I’ll be practicing my Fairy Godmother skills to help bring extra magic to Cinderella this year.

“I look forward to seeing you all in Blackburn for some festive fun.”
