The front of house team at the Empire Theatre are getting in the party spirit for one of the most popular entertainment evenings of the year as the theatre at Ewood prepares to host an Abba Tribute with a sell-out reputation.
Voulez Vous will perform their tribute to Benny, Bjorn, Agnetha and Frida in a 2 hour show on Friday 23rd January, recreating the magic of Abba with non-stop hits which are guaranteed to have the audiences dancing in the aisles.
The music of a band has had an eternal following since they had number one hits in the 70s with chart toppers such as Waterloo, Take a Chance on Me and Does your Mother Know?
In 1999 the music became part of global musical theatre and film history when it was immortalised for all ages in the hit show, Mama Mia.
Voulez Vous have been masters of the Abba scene for 23 years and a big following of fans who often come in fancy dress for their sell out concerts.
Following recent changes to the theatre’s policy of allowing drinks in the theatre Chairman, Michael Berry is inviting staff groups, ladies nights and those celebrating a special occasion to make it a memorable night to remember by choosing to spend the night at the theatre.
