Blackburn Drama Club, together with Blackburn & Darwen Brass Band present a wonderful evening of entertainment chartering the theatrical life of Drama Club legend Dorothy Perkins who sadly passed away in 2022 after being a member of the society, and indeed amateur theatre, for 69 years.

The evening will be a showcase of wonderful drama pieces from plays such as Journeys End, Blood Brothers, Billy Liar, The Ladykillers and many many more. Together with the wonderful sound of Blackburn & Darwen Brass Band, Act 2 will focus on the music from Brassed Off.

All proceeds from this performance go directly to NSPCC, a charity which was close to Dorothy’s heart.
