It’s a return visit to the Thwaites Empire Theatre for popular all round entertainer, Joe Longthorne who will be performing on stage in June prior to his summer season at the North Pier in Blackpool.
Joe Longthorne is adored by fans all over the world and is recognised as one of the most dynamic entertainers in British show business. His impressions have an uncanny ability for accuracy and his impressive voice will take you on a kaleidoscope journey of music and fun from Frank Sinatra to Tony Bennett, Elvis Presley, Barry Manilow and Johnny Mathis. Perhaps best known for his signature impression of Dame Shirley Bassey, who has commented: “Joe can do me better than I can do myself!”
During his career, Joe has received gold and platinum discs for his albums, enjoyed sell-out concerts at the Royal Albert Hall, as well as touring Australia several times.
