With 70s classics such as “Mr Blue Sky”, “Livin’ Thing”, “Sweet Talkin Woman” and “Roll Over Beethoven” the music of ELO is as memorable today as it always has been.
Now, the “Magic” guys, best known for their tribute to Queen, bring their new show to the Blackburn Empire Theatre playing all the hits of the Electric Light Orchestra with “Magic – A kind of ELO”.
Magic’s outstanding vocal and musical talents are augmented with the addition of Dave Chapman, a sensational keyboard player, who reproduces the complex orchestral sounds that is part of the ELO legend, making this concert a must for all lovers of great music and harmony.
They band don’t claim to look much like the band, and no one really cares, but their music captures the intricate sound of ELO with breathtaking precision.
The show has been playing to packed houses and has audiences dancing in the aisles.
