You will need to show all the tickets, including any seats for social distancing.

What to expect:

Every adult attending theatre events is required, by law, to record their details for Test and Trace. The easiest way, is to download the NHS COVID-19 app and scan the QR code. If you do not have the app, you will also be offered a method to record these details manually. One of our team may meet you outside, so this can be completed before entering the theatre. Please observe social distancing and only enter the foyer of the theatre when invited to do so.

The box office will not be open to purchase or collect tickets. You can not buy tickets on the door.

On entering the theatre, please have all your tickets ready to scan. Our team will be there to help if you have any problems.

Face coverings must be worn inside the venue at all times unless you have exemption or when consuming refreshments. Our Front of House team will also wear face coverings.

By purchasing a ticket you understand you must wear a face covering whilst in the building and during the film/performance (unless you are exempt). If you arrive at the theatre without a face covering you will not be permitted into the building and will not be entitled to a refund or credit, although the theatre will have a limited supply of face coverings. Children under 11 do not have to wear a face covering. You can remove your face covering to eat and drink.

Please follow the one-way system and note your row number. ???? ??? ??????? ??? ?????????? (??? ???? ???????) and you must go to the location indicated by our team. We have allowed for additional seats for social distancing. In general, this will be two empty seats. These seats must be left empty throughout the show.

If you have pre-ordered refreshments, these will be available to collect or brought to your seat. One member of your party may purchase additional refreshments from the bar, but these must be taken into the auditorium and consumed whilst seated. You cannot remain in the bar area. Payment by contactless is preferred. Two bars are available (one for the stalls and one for the balcony).

Hand sanitising stations will be located around the building for you and our staff to use regularly.

Bathrooms will be cleaned regularly and open, with a limit on capacity which will be monitored by the venue team. They are available on both the stall and balcony levels.

Please observe the one way system, social distancing and the directions of our team.

In order to ensure the indoor area is sufficiently ventilated, additional windows and doors will be left open into the auditorium. You may want to bring a layer to keep warm.

We will carry out enhanced cleaning of all public areas, both prior to and during performances and the buildings will be deep cleaned after every event.

Cloakrooms will not be available so please bring minimal belongings.

At the end of the performance, please wait for announcements before leaving your seat and follow the directions of our team to your nearest exit.

Please be patient and polite to our team, they are there to help you and keep everyone safe.

If you have any questions before the event contact us via our Facebook page. Phone lines will not be open.

See you soon.
